Customer support responds quickly and politely, which deserves credit. However, the final resolution was frankly absurd. Even though I provided the correct address and this was acknowledged, the package was returned by DHL and Mockberg claimed they could not resend the item because it was processed in “bulk returns.”

Being told that a paid product cannot be resent simply because it ended up in a bulk return process is not a reasonable or customer-friendly outcome. The result was a long back-and-forth, no product received, and a lot of unnecessary frustration.

Fast responses, but a very poor customer experience overall.

A little problem explains my negative rating. Unfortunately the watch is not operating properly : Hour hand and minutes hands are not properly synchronized. Ie : when, at, for example 8:00, minute hand indicates correctly 12:00, the short hand is not facing 8 but half way between 8 and 9.
Tryng to ajdust back ans forth the time makes no difference, both hands are all the time out of sync. I will therefore return the product and hurry-up to find another xmas gift to offer...

The watch perfectly meets my expectations. It is very elegant and classic, giving off a refined look. I feel very comfortable and I am extremely satisfied. My dream has come true.

De band kan alleen kleiner gemaakt worden niet groter. Dus retour. Jammer want het horloge zelf is prachtig.

Mycket finare irl än på bilderna, klassisk fin klocka som passar till det mesta. Det enda mindre bra jag upplevt med klockan är att den gnisslar lite i gängorna när den rör sig. Men inget större du lägger märke till. Mycket nöjd med min klocka i övrigt!

The size of it is perfect and only thing for me personally is that the chain part is a bit too big and I will have to reduce that in size, other than that I've loved it so far.

J’ai offert ce bijou à ma fille de 13 ans. Elle la choisi et l’a trouvé très élégante à son poignet. Personnellement (46 ans) j’’ai trouvé l’écriture un peu petite à mon goût, mais ce n’est pas moi qui la porte. Cette montre a fait une heureuse.

Very Beautiful watch and material. It is so small Indeed, which perfect for me but maybe not the case for someone with regular/big hands.
